We are looking for a Ticketing, Revenue and Yield Manager to join our team. The role is full time and permanent, and you'll be working 36 hours per week.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced yield manager to join our Income, Growth and Marketing team. You will be instrumental in enabling English Heritage to realise the potential of the organisation's new ticketing solution, Ventrata, to maximise yield and revenue at our icon and key sites, working closely with colleagues from the Income, Growth and Marketing and Operations, Engagement and Experience directorates. Stonehenge will be a key priority.

As Ticketing, Revenue and Yield Manager, you will be responsible for the distribution and ongoing management of capacity in the Ventrata ticketing system and effective distribution of tickets between different sales channels, sectors and partners to maximise income, yield and visitor numbers.

To be considered as a Ticketing, Revenue and Yield Manager you'll need:

Experience of working with ticketing/booking systems and dealing with capacity in a real-time environment.

A track record of analytical success in yield management to increase income within a visitor attraction, performing arts/venue, airline, transportation or accommodation environment.

Experience of working within organisations with different internal and external stakeholders including finance, customer service teams, operations teams and suppliers.

Ability to act under own initiative and strong commercial acumen

Interviews will be held on 15 or 16 May on MS Teams.
