Tickets
Do I need to pre-book tickets?
It is likely that most events will sell-out in advance of the show and it is therefore strongly advised that you purchase tickets in advance to secure entry.
How will my tickets arrive?
Ticket delivery will be advised at point of purchase.
I haven't received my tickets/confirmation email, who do I contact?
Please contact the ticket agent you used to purchase your tickets as they will be best placed to help.
What happens if I cannot attend?
Unfortunately due to the high demand for tickets, they are non-refundable and not interchangeable.
Can I visit in the day and stay for the evening too?
Audley End is operated by English Heritage whereas the concerts are operated by GCE LIVE. You can visit Audley End in the day during advertised opening times however a separate ticket is required for the concerts and for evening parking. Please be aware that visitors will be asked to leave the site at the end of the day and re-enter for the evening concert.
What should I do if I can’t find my tickets?
Please contact your ticket provider for help with your tickets.
Are there any age restrictions?
Children aged 14 and under may purchase a Child Ticket (proof may be required upon entry). Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Under 5’s free (no ticket required).
What time do the concerts start/end?
Times vary for each concert, please visit www.heritagelive.net for the latest information.
Parking and Accessibility
Where can I park?
Please note that car parking tickets can be purchased in advance at £12.50 per car when you book your concert ticket, via our many ticket agents. Car parking tickets can also be purchased on the night for £15 per car (card or cash). Please be aware that the road infrastructure surrounding Audley End is very limited, so please allow plenty of time for your journey to and from the venue. Please be patient and respectful to our staff and neighbours and please allow up to 90mins for entering and leaving the car parks.
Is there a drop off/pick up area for taxis?
Yes, this will be at Cambridge gate and the area will be signposted on arrival.
Is there disabled access/facilities?

Are dogs allowed into the event?
No, dogs are not allowed at this event.
Food and Drink
Is there food and drink available to buy?
There will be various high-quality food outlets on site as well as bars serving a wide range of drinks including draft beer.
Are there food options for special diets?
There will be a variety of catering options available from food outlets on site providing options for special diets. Please make the catering outlet staff aware of any specific allergens or dietary requirements you have and they will be able to advise you.
Can I bring alcohol with me?
No alcohol, soft drinks, plastic water bottles or knives are permitted within the bag. To reduce waste at the site we strongly discourage single use plastics being brought in. Please bring a reusable bottle/ cup which can be refilled at our free water points. There will be a wide variety of bars and artisan food traders on site.

Can I bring a picnic?
A picnic in a small rucksack is permitted. No alcohol, soft drinks, plastic water bottles or knives are permitted within the bag. Can I bring chairs to sit on?
You are welcome to bring a camping chair, rug and small picnic. deck chairs will be available to hire on the evening at £10 each. However, please note that these can only be used in the REAR of the ARENA and you will be prevented from placing them in the front arena, where it is likely to be very busy. There will also be picnic benches and hay bales scattered around the rear edges of the concert arena). For those who have purchased VIP tickets, there will also be some relaxed (unreserved) scattered seating withing the VIP Compound.
