After you've investigated the castle and enjoyed its grounds to your heart's content, take a load off your feet with a visit to the Goodrich Castle tearoom.
What We Offer
Soup, cakes and a light lunch special - hot in the winter, cold in the summer - are always available. In addition, there's a selection of hot and cold drinks, including Fair Trade tea and coffee. During the summer, sandwiches - both meat-filled and vegetarian - are also on offer.
For those with a sweet tooth, we serve cream teas, each portion consisting of a freshly made scone with clotted cream and jam plus a pot of tea. We also have an array of delicious cakes and tray bakes.
JUST FOR KIDS
During the summer, kids can have their own lunch bags, containing a small sandwich, biscuit, carton of juice and a piece of fruit. Winter or summer, soup can be served in child-sized portions.
GROUP VISITS
Due to the size of our tearoom, we cannot guarantee indoor seating for big groups. Before visiting, please enquire with our site team to inform us of your catering requirements.
Opening Times
The tearoom is open when the castle is open, though the tearoom closes 30 minutes earlier.
