Group Discount
We offer a 10% discount for organised groups of 15 or more paying visitors when payment is made in a single transaction.
Per group you also receive:
- free entry for one tour leader
- free entry for one coach driver
The tour leader, coach driver and any English Heritage members do not count towards the group totals.

Making a booking:

Please include the property name and date of visit in the subject line of your email along with the following information:
- Group name
- Name of property
- Tour reference/booking reference (if applicable)
- Date and time of arrival
- Number of visitors
Payment method:
Payment can be made on arrival by: cash, credit/debit card, Agency Voucher Scheme (AVS).
Visit & Contact Information
- Coach parking: Drop off available.
- Catering: Turned Wood cafe offers a range of delicious vegetarian and plant based food. It can seat up to approximately 100 people inside and out. (Wednesday to Sunday 10am-4pm)
- Exhibition: The Mill Exhibition on the ground floor of the main mill is self guided. Hands-on activities for all ages.
- Access: The Mill exhibition, Turned Wood Café and the Mill Shop are fully accessible for all users, with onsite accessible parking and toilets. The upper floors of the Behind-the-Scenes tours are accessible by stairs or a fully working lift. The top of the Jubilee Tower Tour requires access via wooden stairs only and is not suitable for people without a head for heights.

Behind the Scenes tour
Go behind the scenes of this iconic landmark of the industrial revolution and dig deeper into the building that changed skylines across the world forever. Hear the stories of the site, its history and its people from a knowledgeable guide. Be prepared for climbing stairs.
